Lebanese University rebuffs rumors claiming that EU doesn’t recognize LU certificates

The Lebanese University (LU) press office issued a statement on Thursday vehemently condemning rumors claiming the European Union does not recognize certificates issued by the Lebanese University.

The statement confirmed that the aforementioned allegations were far from the truth and dismissed them as an outright attempt to strike the credibility of the Lebanese University in favor of private universities in Lebanon.

The statement also confirmed the university's relentless endeavors to keep up with international accreditation standards and to develop its educational services.
