Light Rain and Fog Expected in Several Saudi Regions

Riyadh: Light rain is anticipated in the regions of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah, with fog potentially forming in these areas and parts of the Eastern Region. Winds over the Red Sea will vary from southeasterly to northeasterly, then shift to northwesterly in the evening, at speeds of 12-32 km/h in the northern part, and southeasterly to southerly, reaching 15-45 km/h in the central and southern parts. Waves are expected to range from half a meter to over two meters, causing the sea conditions to vary from calm to choppy.

According to Saudi Press Agency, winds in the Arabian Gulf will be northerly to northwesterly at speeds of 12-35 km/h in the northern and central parts. In the southern part, winds will be northeasterly, shifting to northwesterly in the evening, at speeds of 10-25 km/h. Waves are predicted to range from one to two meters, making the sea conditions similarly calm to choppy.
