Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission Strengthens Partnerships to Enrich Saudi Cultural Scene

Riyadh: The Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Maarif Education to enhance cooperation and support the cultural sector. This agreement aims to activate the commission's initiatives and programs, opening new opportunities related to literature, publishing, and translation.

According to Saudi Press Agency, CEO of the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission, Abdullatif Al-Wasel, emphasized that the MoU is a reflection of the commission's commitment to establishing strategic partnerships with the education sector. He highlighted the importance of investing in students' creative abilities and providing them with opportunities to participate in cultural and literary activities, which helps identify and nurture talent, thereby contributing to Saudi Arabia's cultural landscape.

The cooperation areas include the regular activation of the commission's initiatives and programs to enrich the cultural scene. It also involves exploring volunteer opportunities for the company's students and employees, and organizing workshops for students to activate extracurricular activities related to the commission's expertise areas.
