Madinah Airport Receives Level Two ACI World Customer Experience Accreditation

Madinah: Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah has received Level Two Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI World), as part of efforts to develop services provided to passengers and enhance their experience across the airport's facilities.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the accreditation is part of ACI World's Airport Customer Experience Accreditation program, which focuses on developing practices related to understanding passenger needs, measuring satisfaction levels, and enhancing the quality of services provided to them.

The accreditation reflects efforts to improve the passenger experience and service quality, contributing to the development of the air transport system and service to visitors to Madinah, pilgrims, and Umrah performers, in line with the objectives of the Aviation Program and Saudi Vision 2030.
