Makkah: The fifth specialized exhibition for real estate, construction, industry, and hospitality, Makkah BUILDEX 2026, continues its activities through a series of meetings and specialized workshops delivered by a select group of experts and specialists in the construction, building, and urban development sectors at the Makkah Chamber Exhibitions and Events Center. According to Saudi Press Agency, the workshops highlighted the importance of investing in human capital as a key driver of institutional success and sustainability, focusing on team culture, skills, and talent development. They emphasized building organizational culture alongside professional capabilities, transforming teams into partners in achieving success, and reinforcing human capital as a strategic asset. The sessions also underscored the role of continuous training, employee empowerment, delegation, and both financial and non-financial incentives in enhancing loyalty, creativity, and productivity. It also explored the role of modern techn ologies in supporting the work environment and improving performance, in addition to highlighting occupational safety and health as a key element in boosting productivity, protecting human resources, and reducing operational costs resulting from workplace accidents and injuries.
