Makkah Deputy Governor Chairs Hajj and Umrah Committee

Makkah: Under the directives of Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region, and Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz chaired the committee's meeting, during which the plans and readiness of relevant entities for the 1447 AH Hajj season were reviewed.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the committee reviewed the operational plans of entities serving pilgrims, as well as the readiness of facilities, services, camps, and projects in the holy sites. It also discussed ways to boost integration and coordination among all sectors involved in Hajj operations and improve direct communication and coordination, contributing to enhanced operational support and achieving the highest levels of readiness and integration in serving pilgrims.

The committee also discussed several other items on the agenda and issued the necessary recommendations regarding them.
