Erdogan: Disappearance of Jamal Khashoggi is very sad but I still have good faith in my expectation
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke for the first time about the disappearance of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi. He said that he is following the case himself and that his country will announce the results of the investigations to the world, whatever it may be.
Erdogan said in statements to reporters on Sunday that the disappearance of Khashoggi is "very sad," but "I still have good faith in my expectations, and God willing, we will not face a situation we do not want."
