Caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, on Tuesday welcomed at the Grand Serail Qatari Ambassador to Lebanon, Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Sahlawi, with whom he discussed the country's general situation and bilateral relations between both countries.
