Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, who is on an official visit to Beijing, met today with Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs Qin Gang.

The two officials discussed the strong friendly ties between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the People’s Republic of China, and means to develop them in all fields.

They also discussed the agreement between Saudi Arabia and Iran, whose goal is to achieve common interests, and ways to enhance efforts to lay the foundation for peace in the region and the world.

The Saudi minister praised the positive role the People’s Republic of China played in reaching the Saudi-Iranian agreement in a way that achieves security and stability for the two countries.
