Riyadh: Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet’s Member, and Climate Affairs Envoy Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir received here today special adviser to the United Nations secretary-general on climate action and just transition and Assistant Secretary-General of the Climate Action Team Selwin Charles Hart. The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration between Saudi Arabia and the United Nations to advance climate action initiatives.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussion also covered the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts and initiatives aimed at environmental preservation and climate change mitigation. Both parties emphasized the importance of these efforts in contributing to global climate goals.
