Riyadh: Spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense Major General Turki Al-Malki stated that a ballistic missile launched toward Eastern Region was detected and destroyed.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Major General Turki Al-Malki confirmed that the missile posed no threat to the region and was intercepted successfully. The defense systems were activated promptly to neutralize the threat, ensuring the safety of the region's residents.

The Ministry of Defense emphasized the readiness of its forces to respond to any threats targeting the security and stability of the region.
