The Ministry of Health advised pilgrims to avoid standing in waiting lines for long periods after taking off the Ihram attire to perform the throwing of pebbles Hajj ritual.
The ministry also said pilgrims should avoid physical stress, direct sunlight, and stampeding while throwing pebbles.
They also called on everyone to drink plenty of fluids and to always take an umbrella, pointing out that the rituals of Hajj should be performed consciously and safely and that being in good health will help the pilgrim complete his rituals and worship.
