Mongolian Falcons Sold for SAR550,000 at Saudi Exhibition

Malham:Riyadh: Two Mongolian falcons were sold for a total of SAR550,000 during the auction at the International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026, which commenced with intense bidding among falconers on the opening night.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this marks the second consecutive year the exhibition has allocated a dedicated area for Mongolian falcons, highlighting the strong interest from falconers in Saudi Arabia and the surrounding region. These birds have become a significant focus in the falconry community due to their distinct characteristics.

The exhibition, held from October 1 to 10 in Malham, north of Riyadh, showcases a varied program that celebrates falconry and hunting. It includes expeditions, adventure activities, and a broad array of cultural and educational experiences.
