Riyadh: The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) and Thailand’s National Innovation Agency (NIA) have signed a memorandum of understanding to support technology startups. The collaboration aims to launch joint innovation competitions and leverage international best practices by developing cooperative programs with research and innovation centers and business incubators in both countries.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Biban Forum 2025 in Riyadh, which took place from November 5 to 8 under the theme ‘Global Destination for Opportunities.’ The forum has drawn significant international attention, with agreements and deals exceeding SAR22 billion. This underscores its role as a major global platform for economic and entrepreneurial cooperation between the Kingdom and other nations.
