Monsha’at Collaborates with Business France for SME Capacity Building and Expansion


Riyadh: The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Business France, the French agency for business development. This agreement was made during the Biban Forum 2025 in Riyadh, themed ‘Global Destination for Opportunities.’



According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU is designed to create specialized capacity building and development programs, organize joint workshops, and connect Saudi and French companies with international expansion opportunities. This includes linkages with business accelerators and project incubators in both nations, aiming to enhance the integration of their entrepreneurial ecosystems.



The agreement was signed by Monsha’at Governor Sami Al Hussaini and Business France Regional Middle East Managing Director Axel Baroux. This collaboration underscores Monsha’at’s dedication to fostering international cooperation and enabling small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to access global expertise. It seeks to boost their competitiveness and unlock broader opportunities for growth and expansion.
