Monsha’at Organizes Law Week to Boost Legal Awareness Among Entrepreneurs

Riyadh: The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, known as Monsha'at, is spearheading an initiative called Law Week from September 13 to 17. This event, organized in collaboration with the Saudi Bar Association, aims to elevate legal literacy among entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprise (SME) owners. The focus is on equipping them with the necessary tools to adeptly handle the legal and regulatory aspects vital for business establishment, operation, and expansion.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the five-day event is packed with insightful keynote sessions, networking meetups for entrepreneurs, and specialized consultations with legal experts. These activities are spread across SME Support Centers located in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Al-Khobar, with additional events taking place in Tabuk, Qassim, and Yanbu.

The agenda for the week includes discussions on various essential topics such as corporate setup, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, arbitration, bankruptcy regulations, competition law, and legal compliance. Furthermore, the program intends to address potential legal challenges that entrepreneurs might face and shed light on the legal avenues available to them during disputes.
