Musaned Platform Strengthens Domestic Labor Governance and Digital Services in H1 2026

Riyadh: The Musaned platform, affiliated with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, enhanced the efficiency of the domestic labor sector during the first half of 2026 through an integrated digital system that facilitates recruitment procedures, protects the rights of contractual parties, and raises levels of governance and transparency.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the platform recorded over 122,000 service transfer requests and issued more than 450,000 contractual insurance policies. It enabled recruitment from 39 countries across 27 professions through 6,164 external recruitment agencies and 721 domestic recruitment offices.

On the regulatory front, the ministry launched several initiatives through the platform, including a work absence policy, medical insurance for domestic workers, and a grace period to rectify their status, thereby contributing to enhanced compliance and sector stability.

Musaned also expanded electronic payroll channels for domestic workers to 16, enhancing financial transparency and documenting financial commitments between employers and workers.

These achievements reflect the ministry's commitment to advancing the domestic labor sector through integrated digital solutions that improve user experiences and safeguard rights in line with the Kingdom's digital transformation goals.
