MWL Condemns Iranian Attacks on Bahrain

Riyadh: The Muslim World League (MWL) strongly condemned the Iranian drone attacks launched on Bahraini territory early today. In a statement, MWL Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa affirmed that the Iranian attacks against the Kingdom of Bahrain constitute a violation of religious values, international law, and humanitarian norms. He said the attacks also undermine efforts to restore security and stability in the region.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Al-Issa stressed the MWL's full solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain in all measures it takes to safeguard its security, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
