Naqoura: The Municipality of Naqoura has assured residents that they will be notified of the timing and plan for their return to the town once the necessary information is available. The announcement comes as the Lebanese Army begins deploying in its positions within Naqoura.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the municipality released a statement outlining the coordination efforts with the Lebanese Army and relevant official authorities. The initiative aims to facilitate the movement of military vehicles and the entry of logistical and technical teams into the town. The municipality highlighted the importance of ensuring residents’ safe return, which will be managed with the support of Lebanese Army forces and civil defense teams. This measure is intended to prevent any unforeseen consequences by first verifying that there is no potential danger in the area.
