Riyadh: The National Center for Vegetation Development and Combating Desertification (NCVC) has provided thousands of seedlings of native plant species in support of the Riyadh Region Municipality's 'Riyadh Volunteers' initiative.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the center planted 80,000 seedlings with the participation of more than 20,000 volunteers. This effort supports the goals of the Saudi Green Initiative and promotes environmental sustainability.

This contribution is part of the NCVC's programs to promote urban afforestation and supports the environmental efforts launched by the municipality.
