Riyadh: The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has announced the closure of the August 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated was set at SAR9.518 billion.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches. The first tranche has a size of SAR1.550 billion maturing in 2031. The second tranche has a size of SAR2.396 billion maturing in 2033. The third tranche has a size of SAR258 million maturing in 2036. The fourth tranche has a size of SAR4.064 billion maturing in 2039. The fifth tranche has a size of SAR1.250 billion maturing in 2041.
