Jeddah: Northern Borders Region Municipality has prepared a number of public facilities to welcome visitors and enable them to experience the atmosphere of the FIFA World Cup 2026. The initiative is being implemented by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing across the Kingdom's regions and governorates.

According to Saudi Press Agency, preparations included equipping fan-viewing sites in parks, public squares, and other public destinations with the necessary facilities and services to provide residents and visitors with a comfortable and safe viewing experience.
