Jeddah-- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has expressed its rejection of the European Parliament's decision on the human rights situation in Bahrain, noting that the decision was based on inaccurate information that offends Bahrain.

The OIC praised Bahrain's commitment to the principles of human rights and international standards and the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens and residents on its territories, appreciating what it has achieved in this field, and renewing its support for and solidarity with Bahrain.
