Jeddah: Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Hissein Brahim Taha, received Egypt’s Permanent Representative to the OIC, Ahmed Shaheen, who presented his credentials.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during their meeting at the OIC headquarters, both parties praised the firm ties between Egypt and the OIC. The OIC secretary-general commended Egypt’s leading role within the organization and the country’s support for joint Islamic action.
