Riyadh: The General Directorate of Passports announced the official working hours for passport departments and branches across the Kingdom during the holy month of Ramadan 1447 AH, urging beneficiaries to take advantage of its services through the Ministry of Interior's Absher and Absher Business platforms, as well as the Muqeem portal, which enable the completion of services without the need to visit offices.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Passports Division in Al-Rimal district in Riyadh will operate from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. daily throughout the week. The Passports Office at Qasr Al-Hukm Station will operate from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Meanwhile, the Passports Division at Serafi Mall and the Passports Division at Tahlia Mall in Jeddah will receive visitors from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday.
The directorate noted that all other passport departments in regions and governorates will operate from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, underscoring the importance of utilizing the 'Tawasul' service, which enables beneficiaries to address observations that may hinder the completion of electronic services via the Absher platform.
