Makkah-- The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Holy Mosque and the Prophet’s Holy Mosque has updated the system for measuring the Grand Holy Mosque visitors’ satisfaction by distributing panels with questions in the Grand Holy Mosque and its yards. Grand Holy Mosque employees welcome and bid farewell to Umrah performers and visitors at the entry and exit to the mosque and get their opinions and suggestions about the services provided at the Grand Holy Mosque.
Director of the Doyof (Guests) Al Rahman Program Issa Al-Hudhali said that these services help measure quality, leadership, creativity, and institutional excellence. He highlighted the fact that visitors to the Grand Holy Mosque enjoy a good reception, and are provided with all needed services so that they can perform their rituals easily in a healthy and safe environment.
