President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid stressed that on the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), we draw inspiration from the lofty ideals and great human principles of patience and steadfastness on the truth and sacrifice for dignity and freedom, and rejecting injustice and oppression no matter how great the sacrifices are.
Rashid said in a post on the X platform: On this great occasion, we salute the crowds of pilgrims heading towards the holy Karbala, our heroic security forces watching over their protection, and the processions of volunteers serving the pilgrims in a scene that reflects the values of generosity and authentic hospitality of the Iraqis.
