Medina: Imam of the Prophet's Mosque Sheikh Ali Al-Hudhaifi emphasized in his Friday sermon today the vital role of knowledge in purifying souls and advancing societies, highlighting the shared responsibility of parents and educators in raising children through righteous deeds and positive role modeling.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Sheikh Al-Hudhaifi stressed the importance of grounding youth from an early age in essential religious knowledge, foremost among which are prayer and noble character, to help them develop into constructive members of society who benefit others.

He called on the younger generation to pursue diverse fields of knowledge, including medicine, engineering, industry, and economics, underscoring the collective duty of families and teachers to prepare a generation capable of serving and uplifting the nation.
