Riyadh: Qassim Municipality, represented by its investment arm Sanam Najd Development Company, showcased its development opportunities and investment capabilities at Cityscape Global 2025, held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Malham under the theme ‘The Future of Urban Living.’ A dedicated pavilion highlighted the company’s projects and initiatives, underscoring its growing role in shaping the region’s investment landscape and strengthening its presence on one of the world’s largest real estate platforms.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during its participation, the municipality presented a wide range of projects and investment opportunities designed to enhance the efficiency of municipal asset investment and transform them into sites of developmental and economic value. These initiatives aim to boost the region’s attractiveness and enable the private sector to engage in strategic partnerships that support urban development and meet the growing needs of cities and governorates across the region.
