Jeddah: The Qatari national football team delegation arrived in Jeddah today to participate in the 27th Arabian Gulf Cup "Khaleeji 27," hosted by Saudi Arabia from September 23 to October 6.

According to Saudi Press Agency, upon arrival at King Abdulaziz International Airport, the delegation was received by representatives of the tournament's organizing committee. After completing arrival procedures, the team proceeded to its accommodation to begin technical preparations for the tournament.

The Qatari team is following a training program to compete for the Gulf title, leading up to the group-stage matches, with the full technical and administrative staff and all players now present.

Jeddah is witnessing the successive arrival of participating Gulf teams as preparations for the tournament are finalized. The city is hosting the competition for the first time amid full organizational and technical readiness to welcome the major Gulf football event.
