Doha: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani received today Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi in the Qatari capital, Doha. During the meeting, several topics related to joint Gulf action and means to strengthen it were discussed. The two sides also exchanged views on the latest developments in the region and the efforts being made to enhance security and stability.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions focused on collaborative initiatives aimed at unifying the Gulf states' efforts in addressing regional challenges. Both leaders emphasized the importance of maintaining a coordinated approach to ensure the prosperity and security of the Gulf region. The meeting also highlighted ongoing projects and future plans designed to bolster economic and political ties among the GCC member states.
