Maronite Patriarch, Cardinal Mar Bechara Boutros Rahi, received on Tuesday in Bkerki, Greek Ambassador to Lebanon, Despina Koukoulopoulou, who came on a protocol, acquaintance visit.

The pair held a tour d’horizon on the prevailing situation in Lebanon and the region.

Patriarch Rahi later received former Lebanese Ambassador to the Vatican, retired Brigadier General George Khoury.

Among Bkerki’s visitors for today had been a delegation from Tripoli, which included Sheikh Malik Al-Shaar, former minister Mohammed Al-Safadi, and the Archbishop of the Maronite Archdiocese of Tripoli, Bishop Youssef Soueif.
