Madinah: Participants in a forum on historical sites associated with the Prophet's biography highlighted the importance of preserving sites linked to the Prophet's life as a national project that integrates historical, legal, planning, and development efforts. The aim is to safeguard these sites and promote them as cultural and educational destinations for pilgrims and those interested in Islamic history.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum, organized by the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah), brought together researchers and academics to discuss national efforts to preserve these sites, relevant legal guidelines, and scientific methodologies for documentation and verification.

This scientific forum is part of the "Umrah and Ziyarah Forum" at the King Salman International Convention Center in Madinah, providing a platform for discussions on Islamic history and featuring an exhibition of services for pilgrims and visitors.
