Jeddah– Jeddah will witness the launch of “Restatex Jeddah” Real Estate Expo during 10-13 October 2022 at Jeddah Center for Forums and Events. More than 40 exhibitors from major real estate, housing development, and marketing companies, led by “ROSHN” one of the Public Investment Fund companies- will take part along with the majority of the financing agencies, Saudi banks, and relevant government agencies. The expo will be organized under the patronage of Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail.
The “Restatex Real Estate Expos” in Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Eastern Province aim to highlight and convey the developments and latest happenings in the Saudi real estate sector in residential, commercial, and multi-use projects. The expos also showcase emerging solutions, advancements, investments, and new companies in the sector, whether in real estate development or housing projects, along with the market’s innovations in designs, spaces, features, and housing financing programs.
The expo will also witness several workshops that provide useful and constructive dialogues between the government official, the investor, and the real estate financier that aim to contribute to enhancing the performance of the real estate sector and reviewing topics related to the real estate sector, most notably: immediate entitlement and real estate development mechanisms, housing packages and support, e-Sakani services, plans approval services, real estate brokerage, regulation, and development of real estate appraisal, the impact of the partnership between real estate service providers and the municipality, the impact of EJAR network on the real estate leasing market, real estate registration, white land tax, the culture of coexistence in real estate with joint ownership, the transformation and empowerment programs for real estate developers, support and incentive pathways provided to land owners and real estate developers.
It is worth noting that during the expo, a number of partnerships and deals will take place, including exclusive offers throughout the event from the exhibitors.
