The launch forms part of RCU's ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery, improve quality of life for AlUla's residents and local community.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the application aims to facilitate users' access to a wide range of digital services through a unified and user-friendly experience, encompassing data request and sharing capabilities, alongside a dedicated platform for reporting violations, reflecting the integration of services within a single platform.
The launch of the application stems from RCU's strategy to enhance direct communication through automated digital channels, contributing to improved response efficiency and the delivery of an integrated living environment that combines the authenticity of the destination with modern services, achieving the objectives of facilitating access to the various services provided.
The AlUla App also supports smart city transformation targets through the automation of processes and the provision of innovative technological solutions that enhance the quality of essential services, promote transparency, and improve operational efficiency, reinforcing AlUla Governorate's standing within global smart city indices.
The app offers an all-in-one digital experience, providing access to tourism information, events, investment opportunities, and the latest development projects, including the 'Journey Through Time' masterplan, through a single digital interface. This simplifies the visitor journey and enhances overall satisfaction.
