Riyadh:Saudi Arabia has issued a strong condemnation of the continued provocative actions by Israeli occupation officials and extremist settlers at Al-Aqsa Mosque. These actions, which include violations of the mosque's sanctity and its religious and historical significance, are reportedly carried out under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom's firm rejection of these violations, which it claims provoke the sentiments of Muslims worldwide and contravene international law.

Furthermore, the ministry addressed Israeli statements regarding annexation, condemning remarks about annexing areas in southern Lebanon and extending to the 'Yellow Line' in the Gaza Strip. Saudi Arabia reaffirmed its rejection of any Israeli expansionist efforts and emphasized the right of the Palestinian people to establish an independent state based on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
