Manama: Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) signed an agreement with the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), represented by the Saudi company Alpha Star, to participate in this year’s airshow to be held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The signing, in line with the efforts of BIAS Supreme Organizing Committee and Personal Representative of His Majesty the King Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, took place during Transportation and Telecommunication Minister Mohammed bin Thamer Al Kaabi’s visit to Saudi Arabia.
The minister stressed the growth of the aviation industry in the Middle East related to strengthening airport infrastructure, air navigation services, ground services, and others.
He praised the development of BIAS at regional and international levels.
