Santa Susanna:The Saudi Bodybuilding Federation was represented by its Executive Director, Faris Al-Dokheel, at the annual congress of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB). The event took place on Thursday in Santa Susanna, Spain, alongside the World Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the congress was chaired by IFBB President Dr. Rafael Santonja and brought together representatives from over 110 countries. The attendees reviewed the federation's plans, programs, and initiatives while discussing administrative and organizational matters to foster the development of the sport globally.

The congress agenda included updates on IFBB operations, elections, and term renewals for several Executive Committee members. Awards were also given to individuals who have made significant contributions to the sport. The participation of the Saudi federation is part of its ongoing efforts to enhance its international presence, establish connections with international counterparts, and stay abreast of organizational and technical advancements to promote bodybuilding and fitness within Saudi Arabia.
