Manila:The Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) will officially launch its third sports channel on Sunday, October 18, at 4 p.m. This new channel will focus on Saudi Arabia's sporting history, featuring archival and documentary content that showcases the nation's major achievements and prominent sports figures.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the channel will broadcast archived matches from various competitions, including local, Gulf, Arab, and international football and other sports events. Additionally, it will air reruns of classic sports programs and past tournaments that hold nostalgic value for fans.
This launch is part of SBA's initiative to preserve the country's sporting heritage and make archival content accessible to younger generations.
