Kuwait– The Saudi Fencing Team won the Asian Bronze medal U23, the first in the history of Saudi fencing U23.

In the semi-finals of the tournament, currently ongoing in Kuwait, the Saudi team beat its Iranian counterpart 45 / 39 to achieve the bronze following its loss before Kazakhstan.
