Riyadh: The Saudi Media Forum has launched a production market initiative, a specialized business platform aimed at enhancing the economic value of media content by connecting content creators with buyers, leading producers, and decision-makers in the media sector locally, regionally, and internationally. The event will be held in Riyadh as part of the Future of Media Exhibition (FOMEX 2027), held under the Saudi Media Forum from February 1 to 3, 2027.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the market brings together major production companies, producers and rights holders, as well as digital platforms, television channels, media networks and entities involved in purchasing and displaying content.

It enables the presentation of content ready for distribution, broadcasting rights, projects under development and co-production opportunities, helping turn meetings and opportunities into actual deals and partnerships.

The market strengthens Saudi Arabia's position as a growing content production hub in the region, enhancing its ability to attract media projects and investments, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to develop creative industries and build a diversified, knowledge- and innovation-based economy.
