Riyadh: The number of point-of-sale (POS) transactions in the Kingdom from April 26 to May 2, 2026, reached 270,677,000, with a total value of SAR16,631,460,000, compared to SAR12,076,169,000 during the same period of the previous year.

According to Saudi Press Agency, at the city level, Riyadh recorded 86,314,000 transactions valued at SAR5,524,017,000, while Makkah recorded 11,124,000 transactions valued at SAR779,214,000, and Madinah recorded 10,296,000 transactions valued at SAR610,162,000.
