Riyadh: The Saudi U18 national hockey team concluded its participation in the Men's Asian Hockey5s Championship 2026, a World Cup qualifying tournament, held in Muscat, Oman, from July 20 to 25.

According to Saudi Press Agency, 10 players represented the Green Falcons in the tournament, gaining valuable exposure and experience that will contribute to developing the team's performance and readiness for upcoming competitions.

The participation marked the Saudi hockey team's first official appearance, launching a new chapter in the sport's development in the Kingdom and the beginning of the national team's presence on the continental stage. It also reflects the Saudi Hockey Federation's strategy to strengthen the Kingdom's presence in continental and international competitions.
