SDAIA Activates Smart Mobile Operations Centers to Drive Real-Time Hajj Analytics

Riyadh: The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) has activated its Mobile Operations Centers (MOCs) for the 1447 AH Hajj season. These state-of-the-art centers are designed to support the field efforts of participating government agencies by accelerating response times and optimizing decision-making through the real-time analysis of data and operational indicators.

According to Saudi Press Agency, as a core component of SDAIA's technological infrastructure, the MOCs provide a fully integrated operational environment. They empower SDAIA leadership and allied agencies to monitor field performance instantaneously across vital locations and the holy sites. The centers are equipped with smart cameras, interactive control panels, and advanced cybersecurity networks linked directly to SDAIA's central digital infrastructure.

By heavily leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics, the MOCs seamlessly integrate the operations of various government entities. This technological synergy drastically increases the efficiency of field coordination, supports rapid responses to sudden operational changes, and ultimately ensures a smoother, safer experience for pilgrims.

These comprehensive deployments reflect SDAIA's mandate to harness modern technologies, data, and AI in service of pilgrims. The initiative aligns directly with the directives of the Kingdom's wise leadership and the strategic objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program under Saudi Vision 2030.
