SDAIA Deploys Data and AI Technologies to Facilitate Pilgrim Entry at Halat Ammar Border Crossing

Tabuk: The Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) has deployed data and artificial intelligence technologies to facilitate pilgrims' entries through the Halat Ammar border crossing in Tabuk Region, in coordination with the Ministry of Interior's General Directorate of Passports and relevant Hajj entities.

According to Saudi Press Agency, SDAIA dispatched a national technical team operating around the clock to secure primary and backup communication circuits, ensure uninterrupted service continuity, and provide technical systems and support.

The authority also ensured pilgrims' data was available prior to arrival to minimize entry processing time, secured a 24/7 technical support room, and conducted preventive maintenance for all workstations and network devices.
