Johannesburg, South Africa announced the registration of 1,634 new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours, bringing the total cases in the country to 2,895,976 cases.

South African Ministry of Health stated that 34 new deaths were recorded during the same period, bringing the total deaths to 78,001 cases.

The total number of people recovering from the virus has reached 2,758,274 since the outbreak of the virus in the country.
