The Council of Ministers approved the application of closed irrigation systems and the use of modern irrigation methods, according to the requirements of the type of agricultural investment, and made it one of the basic determinants for granting investment licenses for new agricultural projects.

The Council of Ministers also agreed, in its session today, Tuesday, to grant the Ministry of Health the authority to issue a direct invitation, as an exception to the instructions for implementing government contracts No. 2 of 2014, with regard to financing and implementing hospitals affiliated to the Baghdad Health Departments (Karkh and Rusafa).
