The Council of Ministers holds its twenty-ninth regular session and takes a number of decisions

The Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, chaired today, Tuesday, the twenty-ninth regular session of the Council of Ministers, to discuss developments in the situation in the country, and to follow up on the implementation of files related to various issues at the national level.

The media office of the Prime Minister stated in a statement, "In confirmation of the Prime Minister's directives, regarding the development of the health situation, and the completion of lagging hospital projects, the Council of Ministers approved the recommendations of the minutes of the meeting (33) of the Diwani Order Committee (45 of 2018), regarding Laying down the means, mechanisms and solutions necessary to complete public hospital projects, taking into consideration the remarks made by members of the Council of Ministers during the meeting session.

In the energy file, the Cabinet approved the recommendation of the Energy Ministerial Council (23052i) for the year 2023 regarding the liquid gas pipeline (Halfaya-Basra) of 16 knots.

The Council also approved the recommendation of the Ministerial Energy Council (23053i) for the year 2023 regarding solar energy projects / investment opportunity (MOE-HQ-5/2019). / End
