First Vice President of Iran Muhammad Mokhber announced that Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi accepted King Salman's invitation to visit Riyadh.

The Iranian Mehr News Agency quoted Mokhber as saying, "King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud invited President Ibrahim Raisi to visit Riyadh, and his invitation was accepted.

Mokhber said: "Part of our main strategy is to establish excellent relations with neighboring countries, and we will follow up on this issue.

He added: "The Arab countries are also determined to develop their relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran, as the Saudi monarch, King Salman, invited the Iranian President to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and President Raisi responded to this invitation, and in my estimation, good things will happen."
