Baghdad - Defense Minister Thabet Muhammad Saeed Al-Abbasi met today, Tuesday, the Saudi military attache in Iraq, Brigadier General Nasser Al-Saadoun.

The military attaché, according to a statement by the ministry, congratulated the minister on the occasion of the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Iraqi army.

Al-Abbasi expressed his happiness at the development and consolidation of bilateral relations and joint cooperation between Iraq and Saudi Arabia, because the two countries have common borders and a rich history of joint cooperation.
